Oct 23rd and a chance to try another type of sport with a huge thanks to the FYFOD organisation for funding this two hour trip. As part of the automotive class AUT103 and some other pupils had the chance to try out go-karts before making one next year. They raced for 15 minutes at a time for the 2 hrs we were at the indoor karts. They also investigated the steering systems, braking system and structural construction of the chassis.
